Every YFY-home professional works tirelessly to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-end shopping experience. If you do wish to return your order, you may do so in accordance with our Return Policy (“Policy”) and the information set forth herein. Customers are responsible for the entire return process (“Return Process”), which include the steps, procedures, and applicable fees in accordance with this Policy. Orders that arrive at our warehouse with any damaged or missing (misplaced) items will incur an additional fee or charge, which will be deducted directly from the refund amount. Orders with open claims (i.e., orders with existing damage during delivery that result in a claim) are subject to extra charges for any additional issues caused at any point during this Return Process. If any item is returned in a condition other than its original, unused state, charges will be applied. This includes, but is not limited to, items with rips, tears, marks, scuffs, scratches, holes, dents, cracks, chips, stains, and/or odors. Refunds will only be issued following a complete inspection of each item at our warehouse, and customers will receive their refund, LESS the applicable fees during the Return Process.
l We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery from the order delivery date.
The return timeline commences on the date customers receive their orders.

l In addition to any (return) shipping, restocking, and/or other fees, a 35% restocking fee of the total purchase price will be applied to all orders for unauthorized returns or refused shipments (including drop-ship orders).
l The item(s) must be in its original, undamaged condition.
If the item was delivered disassembled, it should be returned disassembled. If the packaging is too damaged, use a similar-sized box or one no longer than 108 inches.
Return items must be packaged using the original or similar packaging materials. A repackaging fee of $200 may apply for inadequately packaged returns

l Refunds for returned items are contingent upon the time frame and condition in which an order is returned.

If your returned item is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund.
How do exchanges work?
We don't offer direct exchanges of items but you can certainly contact the customer service to return an item, and then place a new order for the item you want. We initiate a refund once the item has been received and checked at our warehouse.
Where applicable, your return ship fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
How will I receive my refund?
You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded.
Delivery ship fees or charges for services provided (e.g. upgraded shipping charges, assembly service) will not be refunded.
If the selected service was not completed (e.g. for an order canceled before shipping), this will be refunded in full.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
